It’s almost the middle of May, three breads have been picked (Corn Bread, Miche Pointe-à-Callière & Grissini), and it’s time that I get my act together and bake one of these breads. The 2010 March Daring Cooks challenge was hosted by Eleanor of MelbournefoodGeek and Jess of Jessthebaker. They chose to challenge Daring Cooks to make risotto. I’ve always had big problems with risotto. HUGE problems! There is something about the texture of risotto that makes my stomach turn.
