My friend Sara started two blogs (culinary/crafty blog & garden blog) recently which I enjoy reading very much, and she kind of talked me into doing the same ;o). So I started a garden blog a couple days ago and now I want to start blogging about my culinary adventures. As a mom of 3 little children I’m extremely motivated to make food look good, so when I make something special for the kids or a holiday, I’ll post pictures and recipes of that here…

You have 3 little ones … how on earth do you get time to make these fabulous creations? Are they three helpers?
I can barely manage with one … she helps when there’s chocolate or sweet cake mixture involved
No, they don’t really want to help with kitchen things. But I must admit, being in the kitchen and cooking, baking etc. is my way to compensate for the stress. Sounds weird, I guess ;o).
I really enjoyed reading your blog,I like your writing style, the great recipes and awesome photos! You know what,Foodista is accepting entries for the best food blogs cookbook. This is why I love risotto! So many varieties to try. Savory is my usual choice, but your sweet versions sound great and using the risotto for arancini is another creative approach. I highly recommend the salmon/watercress – and I’m glad you kept the recipe to try.
I hope it’s OK to contact you here, We came across your blog and We’d like to invite you to appear on our Foodie site – Foodierama. Have a look at http://www.foodierama.com and send us a note on our contact form if interested. Thanks and sorry to intrude , Dave
